Bybit's Bybit Card was recently honored by Mastercard as the Best Performing Crypto Card at its flagship forum, EDGE 2025, which focuses on shaping the future of payments across EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The event gathered industry leaders to discuss emerging trends like agentic AI, embedded finance, stablecoins, and tokenization.

Since its 2024 launch, the Bybit Card has attracted over two million cardholders globally. As the world's second-largest crypto exchange, Bybit touts the card's ability to seamlessly integrate digital assets for spending and its focus on a rewarding user experience.

Key Card Features and Global Reach

The Bybit Card allows users to convert and spend their virtual assets at millions of Mastercard merchants worldwide. According to Sophie Chen, Head of Marketing at Bybit Card and Pay, this recognition "validates Bybit’s vision to make crypto freedom a reality and digital assets more accessible for everyday users." The card aims to provide crypto users with the same seamless and secure payment experience as traditional cardholders.

Noteworthy features of the Bybit Card include:

  • Seamless convenience for fiat-to-crypto spending and global ATM cash withdrawals.
  • No annual fees and up to 8% APR on digital asset balances.
  • 100% rebates on subscriptions like Netflix, Spotify, and select AI tools, plus airport lounge access and other seasonal perks.
  • Support for transactions in BTB, ETH, XRP, TON, USDT, USDC, MNT, and BNB, with cashback available in USDC, USDT, BTC, and AVAX.
  • The physical card is available only to Mastercard holders.

European Expansion

In line with Mastercard's push for next-generation payment technologies in the EEMEA region, Bybit expanded the Bybit Card's availability across the European Economic Area (EEA) just last month. This move was driven by increased regulatory clarity and growing adoption. However, the card is not available in Croatia, Ireland, Romania, or Norway.
