Fikirvar, a prominent platform, reported a 22% rise in complaints about cryptocurrencies during the initial four months of 2024. As the use of Bitcoin and other digital assets grows, so do concerns and grievances related to them.

As per DHA's report, Fikirvar shared data on cryptocurrency complaints, with Mutfakvar detailing the grievances for the first quarter of 2024. Notably, March 2024 saw the highest number of complaints in the last 16 months, totaling 3,223.

The total complaints for the first four months of 2024 reached 7,711, compared to 6,296 in the entire year of 2023.


Among the common complaints in 2024 are issues like login errors, account resets, authentication problems, failure to update phone numbers, high commission fees, and misleading pre-sale prices. Additionally, concerns were raised about the lengthy and slow transfer processes.

Furthermore, some complaints involved difficulties during sales or purchases, financial losses due to misdirection from customer representatives, and lack of attention after making investments.
