“Namaste everybody. Salaam alaikum to everyone. My name is Paco, Paco de la India… I did a journey called Run with Bitcoin from twenty twenty-one to twenty twenty-three where I got to travel forty-two countries using Bitcoin. The entire journey was crowdfunded by the Bitcoin community.”
What started as a crazy idea proposed by a friend quickly became one of the most authentic real-world Bitcoin experiments ever documented. Paco shared over 300 vlogs on his YouTube channel, showing exactly where Bitcoin works beautifully — and where it still faces challenges — in everyday life across continents.
He lived with strangers, crossed borders on broken roads, experienced capital controls, hyperinflation, and the quiet power of peer-to-peer money in countries where traditional finance often fails millions.
Paco’s journey isn’t just travel content — it’s living proof that Bitcoin can function as everyday money today. The book is now in its final editing stage with a professional editor. Production, printing, and wider distribution (including translations) are the next steps.
